Lassos Futbol Club (est. 2006) is an non-profit club located in the North Texas Area serving (Frisco, Plano, Little Elm, The Colony and McKinney areas). MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to foster the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of youth, through the sport of soccer at all ages and levels of competition. Our goal is to provide a safe, structured, and fair environment in which young players can have FUN playing and learning the game of soccer. We also hope to nurture and develop lifelong passion for the sport of soccer. VISION STATEMENT Success begins with a vision "One Team,One Goal". This vision articulates dreams, winning and success. We will foster this vision into competition, creating opportunities and encouraging participation at every level of play. We will nurture the interests and build the knowledge base of soccer for both players and spectators. We will organize and train youth travel teams who seek the highest level of team competition and achievement at the local, state, regional, and national levels.
With our talent, commitment, and unity, we've built One Strong Team. Through our ability to always reach beyond our potential, we achieve our one most important goal: Success. TEAMS FORMAT: Lassos FC will offer indoor, outdoor and 3v3 small side teams and soccer training excellence for youth soccer players who have the drive & desire to advance to the next level of competition. Lassos FC plays both indoor and outdoor soccer year-round. As well as encouraging creative play, Lassos FC uses the COERVER COACHING Soccer Skills Teaching Method world's number #1 teaching method. OUR COACHES: All Lassos FC coaches hold one or more of the following licenses: USSF State and/or National License, NSCAA Coaching Diploma or College Degrees in Physical Education and/or Sports Management specializing in training skills, tactics, fitness and mental development for youth soccer players. Our club is listed with the US Youth Soccer Club Directory. All our coaches are required by NTSSA to have yearly criminal background check. |
